Thanks for bringing this! As somebody who likes to take the movie apart, I love some of the quotes here.
Hugh: "I speaks for more than rock’n’roll. I think it talks about relationships and desperation."
Hugh: “With rock and roll I think, people will tell you the truth. What you see is what you get, more or less.”
Callum: "If the band is like a family and it’s a dysfunctional family, it’s no place to be if you want to go straight, have a healthy lifestyle and be creative."
These and a lot of the other quotes really fit the way I see the characters and the movie, so that's fun.
I also like that Barclay brought up the Poppy Family song, which I think is a striking element of the movie and I don't hear that mentioned much.
