I bloody bought Excess Baggage (still bitter) Have never seen anyone overact reading a broadsheet before. What annoyed me about it was that the 2 scriptwriters are legends in the BBC, have done amazing sitcoms way back a couple decades ago. But when they did a story in a US setting, they lost their nerve quotey lines and interesting characters and all the things that made their better work memorable.
